That is so true myturn; I have a subscription for Megabucks Doubler bought here in KY. As for the other subscription services I have my brother get them for me in my home state (MA). I hate the 1961 outdated law that prevents playing other lotteries across state lines such as Powerball, Mega Millions or Lucky 4 Life. More bad news for the folks who oppose state lottery privacy laws. Besides the half dozen states that have privacy laws on the books, there are a number of other states where winners can remain anonymous by establishing a TRUST. I got the info from an online article. I saw the NJ website you provided and I think it is wrong, think about it this is a $7 million prize that is paid out over 20-years. The prize is suppose to be $1,000 per day for life but in reality it's only 20-years. Why would they even pay out the entire prize value as a 1-time lump sum when no other lottery agency would even do that. It would be nice if all jackpot prize amounts were valued as advertised but unfortunately it is not.

But years ago when the big jackpot games were just starting out and a lot of black folks were playing them, a lot of them became frustrated after a few years of no black winners. So hence the ebony article back then. But today it's an improvement nobody dares bring it up. As you can see on LP itself Like you said its all about luck these days.
