Need an(All States Fourm)Badly
Hi Todd, another idea since all state is a differant game to play is to put under pick3 fourm all states pick3 (main fourm board)and under the pick 4 fourm all states pick 4 fourm.
I believe everybody would rather have seperate fourms and would like to poll them to see if it's true.
all states pick3 and all states pick 4 all a game should be on its own and should be listed the way so all of us can get together and find information on how to improve the game.
I do understand Todd what y

Ethics or Not
???
I don't understand this poll. This really has nothing to do with ethics at all. I don't think you have much of a choice in this case. You cannot cash the ticket if someone else's name is on the back of it. When you walk into the Lottery Office, they will ask for 2 forms of ID including a photo ID (driver's license, passport) and your social security number. So whoever chooses this answer is admitting to Identity Theft!
Second, if there is any suspicious activity, the Lottery Of

The Las Vegas Poll
When I signed on this morning, I saw the poll and posted. I didn't realize this was an old thread. I should be more careful and read all of the comments before I write anything.
What hasn't changed? If you asked me the same thing about Aruba, I could tell you about my trips to that island in 1975 (honeymoon) in 1978 and then in 1992. In 1975 there weren't many American tourists. Last time I went in 1992, there were fast food joints in Oranjastaad. Across from where I was staying was a

Would you wanna be single if You won Big?
Since it IS a poll, any I AM anyone, I think I'll stick with the singles here in my response.
The lottery will naturally have an impact on the dating or otherwise single lifestyle. As it should.
The difference will be that I've already weeded out the gold diggers and the less kind hearted gents, so the pickings will be fair if I did so choose to share or move on with my winnings.
An endearing male friend and I have already agreed that if either wins, we have no problem wishing each othe

Young People on LP (Under 30)
I ran a quick Search, set the date range to past two years and used the search terms what age poll, and I came up with two polls that were posted.
(I'm mentioning HOW I got this info to help out anyone reading this who isn't sure how to extract information from Lottery Post. I'd highly recommend that everyone take some time out of their day at some point to play around with the Search page. It LOOKS very simple, but there are many options available that people are not aware of, and the sear

Random Numbers Predictable?
LOL, I know what you're saying. It's kinda like how lurkers vote on polls on this website too. For example if I had this poll:
What is 2 + 2?
A. 4
B. 10000000000
There's always people that vote for the wrong or over-excessive answer. I'm not really sure why they can't just give a genuine answer. I guess throwing off polls is fun to lurkers of websites.

The Pick 3 Benford Matrix
I also noticed that 25% of the game is ALL HIGH LOW and of that about 60% of the next draw comes back as a non ALL and 40% comes back as ALL in either direction. Also, about 92% of these ALL HIGH LOWS will produce non all within 2 draws. That is 750 st. combinations, now if apply BL in of one of two ways we get the following options:
Play the BL#s which are a mix after ALL high/low from the 1000 poll
or
Wait til a BL ALL high or low combo hit, then play the BL# mix group to hit
