Study: Seven Ohio residents won the lottery more than 100 times
Claiming anonymously probably means the state lottery won't publish the names of the winners without their consent, but there is still that pesky Freedom of Information Act .
As for the extraordinary number of a few people cashing 100s of tickets valued over $600, bet they are just cashing the tickets for the people that do want to remain anonymous. Federal and state taxes are paid and probably why the lottery doesn't care how who bought the tickets.

Study: Seven Ohio residents won the lottery more than 100 times
How ironic; drove to Cincinnati today to visit the casino and buy PB, MM, Classic OH! lottery and Lucky 4 Life tickets. I thought Ohio was an anonymous state? Casino was a bust. Yesterday $10 free play casino S. Indiana=$300 cash out! Of course played PB and MM in Indiana as well.
As for the lucky souls who keep winning, more power to you!

Remaining anonymous
The proof is in the pudding. Has there been an increase or decrease in sales of lottery products since being anonymous was made law? I agree with you on the NO taxes platform.
I am also considering taking the 30-year-US Government bond as my prize. Each year will be an adventure. Most of us are living longer than expected. Handling a lump sum is foreign to me. We live pay check to pay check.

One ticket sold in Indiana wins $435 million Powerball jackpot
Indiana again, huh? It's rigged...
Must be nice, good luck to them, let's see if they will stay anonymous.

Remaining anonymous
In Delaware, definitely; as for Jersey, don't think so. Maybe you can claim with a trust or LLC and remain anonymous that way, but not sure.
Also, Delaware has no state income tax, making it the best state in which to win a big jackpot lottery, in my opinion.

4 - Million Dollar Prize Winners with PowerPlay from Last Night's PB in Puerto Rico?
I guess that if you win $1M you don't have to wait for the lottery omission to collect from the other states.
And if you can be anonymous you can plan later.

Pa. couple claimed $121.6 million Powerball jackpot on ticket purchased in Delaware
I meant because Delaware gives the option of staying anonymous.
I thought the state where it was bought gets the first tax bite?

Lucky for Life
OK, just got back from Delaware...in for the next 10.
Also bought a PB while I was there, since it's an anonymous state.

Woman finds $100,000 lottery ticket while cleaning
It appears that she is staying anonymous in South Carolina. No name is given along with other personal data.
She is lucky twice over. Finding the lost tickets and winning big. Congratulations!
