Same here in MI they just ought to be ashame or should all the other players and I for keep letting them bump us over our heads. no no no... nc is not rigged... nc fought too hard and too long to get in here in the 1st place... I am 99.99% sure nc doesn't want to lose the lottery due to crooked schemes and crooked rigging... It is just what falls in pick 3... it does fell dishearting to always be off my one number... I had 392 for midday and I play 237 on wednesday...

come on trulyblessed, do you really think it is rigged??????? draws are completely random, there is no fix, now the mafia, when they did it, it was fixed. If it is fixed, then why did they pay out over 1 million dollars on one draw????? why would they do that??? makes no sense. Doubles have happened 3 times in a row only 7 times since pick 3 began, twice it has had 4 doubles in a row, and only once 5x in a row. again, i am not saying it can't happen, i am saying it is very very unlikely.

or selling me $1 scratch offs but knowing they are the bad batch [all losers] .. that's a group lawsuit i would jump on .. They have the overall odds on the back of ticket and just because you or a clerk believes 1:5 means every fifth ticket, it's not proof the game is rigged. Some people believe the game rules should be printed in multiple languages, in braille, and the lotteries should have a rep on the site to explain it to those who can't read or understand them.

Because in PA the lottery profits benefit senior citizens and the lottery rules require a drawing witness. The need for a witness began many years ago when a TV announcer rigged a pick-3 drawing so only two of the digits could be drawn from each machine and had people play those combinations. After an audit revealed the winning tickets were sold in only two cities, he was caught after an investigation.

Do you honestly think that if they rigged it, they're going to let anyone know? Maybe the lottery's auditors are in on it... they all get their cut to keep their mouths shut ... or else (Godfather theme plays in the background) lol... In that article, they mentioned that all the numbers played get stored in a computer. Thats a valid point ... so you know they know what numbers(combos) are still not played. Leaves it wide open for tampering. Just my 2 cents.

Lotteries want players to know that the prizes are won by real people but that needs to be balanced with winners not getting killed. If Lotteries were really intrested in assuring the games are not rigged then they can have mechanical ball drawings that are televised.
