If you found a unscratched lottery ticket...
Depends if I know who it belongs too or not.
Once or twice I've found money still left on a machine, no one played on it for the few min it took me in the check out line so I go over to play and see money still on it. I use it to buy tickets, if someone comes back and says hey I forgot I had $10 left on there I'd probably give them the $10. Both times, no one came around.
I've also found tickets, once in the machine and once on the ground near the machine. The one that came out o

Georgia Team Players Post Pic 4"S Here
Georgia has been doing this for awhile. If you get a powerball ticket the numbers will show up in cash 4 and sometimes cash 3. Fantasy Five qps will show up in cash 3. If you see a lot of the same number like 22, 25, 27, 28 the 2's don't mean anything its usually the other numbers that will show up in another game. Although with the witch sometimes it will like say from above 225 or like your cash 4 qp. You don't know where your qps will end up anymore.
Today I had the girl just read me off n

That's very interesting. I wonder if they distributed all the remaining 2MJ books similar to what they did with $10HG. That seems to be the case. If so, then that will help clear the remaining supply. Did they put these in a machine, or behind the counter?
@ Fla331- My worst losing streak was 11 losers in a row on the $20 Lucky For Life ticket.
@ Dreamer - Sorry to hear about the mediocre Flamingo roll. Flamingo rolls probably behave fairly similarly to Super Millions on average, I'd

Well, the best as I can say about the randomness of the lottery is this: It is, but it aint!
If you're a mathematics purist, then you believe that it's completely random. (I have a twenty-something daughter that majored in math while she was in college. She'll tell you that the lottery is completely random.)
I've asked her if it's completely random , why then do we see things like #17 getting hot and staying hot for years? And to that her answer is It can't and wont stay that way forever

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Cool story thanks for sharing.
There's a guy I saw on a TV show, his name is Earnest Cobb. He calls himself the slot machine guru. He claims to have won over $10M on slot machines. He also says that he's spent over $3M to get that $10M, I think I recall. Still worth it IMO. Pretty cool story. I'm so glad this conversation is going in another direction at the moment.
Casino odds offer much better favor than lottery odds. The reason they do this though is because it's much faster paced than

@ MrGray - The truth!
@ EMTAdam - That's information I didn't know. Do they have a machine + sell at the customer service counter?
@ Jasefan - I calculated there to be a total of 250k books using the numbers provided in the Emergency Game Rules, and 273k is the highest end of the range I've seen. I'm starting to think the last jackpot could be in the 250k- early 260k range. When I get off work, I'm going to try playing through a 255k book near where I live. The guy said he was g

Hi Vergie!
Hope you are doing great! Hoping for a BIG month of June. I missed the 342 because we play 423 exact (our wedding anniversary). AND..I missed the 2314 yesterday -- accidentally played it 1-off rather than 50/50 because the machine ate my ticket and I rushed to do another one. But yay!! got the 1213 last night 50/50 -- played 1123. Taking $100 home! That is great!
Good luck to all today!

I decided to play a bit of Lotto today. Started off with $300 in my pocket.
The second Florida Cash ticket I got from the machine was a $500 winner. I bought the Fortune tickets from #25 down to 19 on the machine. All of them were duds, except for #19. So, essentially that was only a $50 profit after the $200 winner on #19.
I deposited $600 into my bank account, and then kept $200 in spending money to try at different gas stations. I basically encountered nothing but duds on the FL CAsh,

$900 MILLION: Powerball lottery jackpot to create unimaginable wealth
The current $900 million estimate is overly optimistic, though within the realm of possibility. To put it another way, when MUSL previously raised the estimate, that didn't mean the jackpot was at $800 million yet, but rather they believe the final tally will be much higher and hence the jump from 800 to 900.
Furthermore, if the actual annuity jackpot is less than $900 million, many may not notice nor care. However, if MUSL estimates the jackpot at $1 billion and the actual is less, many will

Vending Machines
Here in North Carolina, we can buy lottery tickets - both ticketed and scratch-offs - from vending machines. Some stores make you validate your age by scanning your driver's license before taking money. Other ones just let you put the money directly in.
My question is: if I use the vending machine that needs to scan my driver's license - does it retain that information/send it to the lottery commission? If I purchase the winning Powerball ticket from one, I'd rather stay as anonymous as possi
