ok. im sorry but i have to say something about this because i know that todd is intimidating to most of yall, and nobody is going to stand up and say what they feel is right. on that note todd i would like to say that ppl talking about necl watching and riggin the numbers, is very much ON TOPIC. ask any nc lottery player that is serious about the p3 game and they'll all tell you that something is up. something is up due to the fact that they have a pre draw, and they do not willingly release the

Mega Million Is Rigged! I Proved It!
Don't give up. Sometimes proof can be a very subtle thing. I've been working on it for a few years now, but haven't released ALL the information I have on it. I'll release it when the timing - is - just - right.

Identity Withheld Identity Revealed
Are we trusting enough to believe the lottery actually gave out the jackpot without the press release with pictures of who they gave it to ? Otherwise each week a different lottery employee could be the winner, how would we know ? I recall a couple of online lottery games that claimed an annonymous winner in a war zone. BobP

do you think that QPs repeat?
Ever notice how the PB or MM jackpots never reach $400 million? That's most likely due to the fact that as the jackpot grows, the number of total combinations released for purchase is greater than when the jackpot was 1/20 that amount. Ever also noticed the number of people buying tickets increases greatly when the jackpot gets over $200 million? On July 10, the drawing after a $133 million jackpot was hit and the beginning of the latest jackpot run, 17.7 million tickets were sold. The n

Lottery winner picks up check, then gets arrested
$4.4M lotto winner goes straight to jail It was a good news, bad news day for Barry Shell. The good news: he won more than $4 million. The bad news: he ended up in jail. Shell, from Brampton, Ontario, picked up a check for $4,377,298, the top prize in the July 18 draw for the Lotto 6/49. I went to the store and checked my ticket on the self-serve ticket checker, Shell was quoted as saying in a news release from the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation. As soon as I saw how muc

Creating an iPhone Section
The price of the developer fee is actually relative. For $100 annually, you get all of the tools (xcode, interface builder, instruments), tech support and most importantly access to millions of potential customers around the world. The $100 may also be a way to discourage people from signing up who are not going to develop apps. Also, Apple keeps 30% of the proceeds from the sales to cover the fulfillment(download, update notifications, billing) of your application to users. So, it is not a triv

How many hoops do you have to jump through...
Well, you're still going to have to wait on it for the background check. Even if you take it in the next day, after the ticket is verified, you're probably not going to leave there without getting at least a portion of the prize. It's just that the full amount will take a while to get to you. Honestly, it really shouldn't take too long to set up a trust or whatever option you're going with. Personally, yeah I would go the Trust route for the sake of my name not being put out there in the media v
