The odds are 1 in 2,116. It doesn't matter what mega ball you start with, just the next two drawings have to match it. This should happen on average once every 20 years with the current MM matrix. Odds are 1 in 1,764 for PB. So, something like this should happen once every 10 years in either PB or MM...doesn't seem too farfetched or rigged to me. 208 drawings a year between the two games.

I must say that this is the first post that has really gotten under my skin. :) I can straight out tell you and anyone else who believes that state or provincial lottery games are rigged are so wrong. The proof can be summed up in this. Take a stadium with 100,000 people and give them all a ticket from a range of 00000 to 99999. Now, roll out five lottery machines and draw a number from 0-9 from each. Only one person will win. Nobody else will. That's the lottery in a nutshell.

1) The Delaware Lotto is RIGGED! 2) It defies ALL patterns naturally found in randomness. There was a press release on the Florida web site and the winner was quoted as saying I used to think these games were all rigged. Obviously he wasn't too concerned, because he continued to play and won.

I agree...utter nonsense. What I can't understand is why the conspiracy theorists even play a game they think is rigged. To cause chaos??? C'mon. I'll take whatever pill you don't take.

I believe the big games are rigged. Why do the same stores repeatedly sell winning jack pot tickets? Why do some states have more jack pot winners than others? NY has second place winners on more than 50% of the MM drawings. One would think, a serious lottery player who picks there own numbers would win a substantial jackpot. Has not happened to my knowlegdge. It is always a quick pick usually sold at a store that has one before.
