Lawsuit over $315 million lottery jackpot goes to trial
That is true, RJOH. In other cases, the monies are released but the defendant is required to file a bond to take care of damages in case he loses. It's case by case basis.

I think it's risky to play a lottery group this way, especially with a group of strangers. I also agree with RJOh that an agreement made this way probably wouldn't be legally binding.

Man reports $7,000 scam by 'lottery winner'

WOW ! winning jackpot system at last!
Hi Rjoh, ever thought about posting your system on here to let others help you develop it even further? You never know, someone might suggest a way of making it into a profit system instead of a break even system.

Sharing Winning Lottery System........
Hey RJOh, yes those the hard core facts. Well, sort of. I t depends upon which paradigm you accept. I know for a fact that it is completely possibe to get the winning number in relatively small pool of numbers. If you implicitly accept those stats it going to be very hard transcend them. I give you my word that those stats don't completely hold up.

New version e-book Wheels
I agree RJOH. I am on a limited budget, so I when I use wheels, I like to use ones that give me a certain guarantee with the fewest lines. It doesn't make sense for me to use a wheel that produce extras lines. By the way I like the wheels that Todd offers on this site.
