Powerball/NC
cashonly, I'm not getting into some long heated debate over this. It's been done on here before. But if you think for one second I would believe it is a ball drawn event and someone in North Carolina won on it's debut week into powerball, you are wrong. I'm not buying it. That's a no-brainer.
and why not a ball drawn event being rigged? c'mon. It's been done before.

New System software coming soon...
I would assume it'll work in any state. I've tested something similar with frequencies of digits in about 6 or 7 states and they all seemed to perform the same. I've only been testing Western Canada so far. It does take a while to perform each test. Maybe you could test Georgia. 20 tests should be sufficient. I believe Georgia is one of the states that lotterypost recommends based on it's non-computerized drawings. I'm inclined to side with everyone else, if you're gonna try any strategy/

Lottery scammer busted by Border Patrol
If the voting system really worked, it'd been done away with longggg ago! How many prop's have been voted in only to be overturned? How many props have been voted down only to be overturned by absentee ballots? How manys laws have been voted in only to be ignored or only enforced when they choose to enforce it? How many elections have been manipulated? Rigged? Bought? This list can go on forever!

Is the Lottery (PB/MM) corrupt?
All lotteries are rigged. I only play the mega millions because you never know when you'll get a fluke.
When you purchase a ticket, your number combination is logged and uploaded to the lottery system.
Its basically a simple database running on a UNIX OS where you can query it....similarly the way the assume information about you and send you junk mail. The database has a hot number, which is the lottery number in it. This lottery number is stored in every machine. If people pick automati

Western Canada Tidbits.
illegal to rig the lottery you should save all your tickets, if ever found out the lottery corp was cheating you could sue for all your money back.
That will never happen as it is not rigged.

Indiana lottery rigger faces 50-year penalty
Whoa. Back up the paddy-wagon.. this person has not been SENTENCED yet.. it could end up being much less than 50 years. But that can still be extreme vs. other worse crimes.
Also. IF computerized drawings are rigged???

Hoosier Lottery
I've always been wondering about these so-called low payouts. I am in no way defending the practice of holding secret, cyber-drawings. But I am wondering how you assume that it's rigged simply because they're aren't a lot of winners. What are the sales figures? If few tickets are sold, few people will win. If 100,000 tickets are sold but only 1 person wins straight on the Daily 3, I would be rightfully suspicious too. But who knows if they're only selling 900 tickets. This doesn't help the cause

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
@four4me:Well I am impressed! You got a very rational answer from someone at the Hoosier Lottery and that isn't (from my experience with them) an easy thing to do.I also agree with you point about disgruntled winners. Anyone who thinks a lottery is rigged just because they don't win is not (IMHO) very well grounded. But again the point with the Hoosier Lottery is that there is a history of corruption and secrecy at the Hoosier Lottery. And for those of us who have played for years and never

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
Let me be absoultely clear about this. I have no factual evidence that the Hoosier Lottery is rigged. But I do have a lot of unanswered questions and this much I do know: Fact: The Hoosier Lotto annuity jackpot has been changed from 25 to 30 years.Fact: The Hoosier Lotto cash value jackpot has been changed from the actual amount of cash accumulated in the prize pool to 40% of the advertised annuity value.Fact: I sent an e-mail asking the Executive Director why these changes were made.Fact: I a
