Another $1.2M Hot Lotto jackpot rigged by Tipton, officials say
People knew that he (Tipton) had connections in Texas, Redburn said. At the time we sent them this information and we reviewed it, this person that won that $1.2 million prize was from Texas. We told them they should probably check that out since he's an out-of-state winner.
That doesn't mean every Texan that purchases Hot Lotto tickets in Oklahoma knows Tipton, but it looks like that's what they are trying to prove. They better be extra careful because those multi-million jackpot winners w

Prosecution rests in Hot Lotto trial
I think I read an earlier article where Tipton said he had to be beyond genius to pull this off,we shall see.The Last thing l want to see is a gullible jury.
There wasn't a genius in this case since no one got the cash. If Tipton did try to pull this off and was willing to engage so many peoples to avoid detection he would have been stupid to buy the ticket himself.

BOMBSHELL: MUSL employee might have rigged Hot Lotto computerized drawing
It will become a National story if there is enough evidence that Tipton rigged the drawing, but for now he is only accused of fraud for buying a lottery ticket.

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich answers your questions
Hello all LP members,
*Sigh* It is too bad and someone made an excellent point in the form of a question. Something like, Are the RNG's (computerized drawings) for the benefit of the lottery staff, or for the benefit of the players? Yes, I thought the whole idea was for player enjoyment.
It seems that Mr. Rich made that sort of clear in one answer where he claims RNG's are here to stay. The problem is that almost everyone that actually PLAYS the lottery would feel more secure seeing b

The man who cracked the lottery
I've read many stories about Eddie Tipton and have a couple of personal observations.
First, I'm in no way condoning what Tipton did. He's in jail where he belongs.
However, it has to be said that he had knowledge and access that only a few people have. He told MUSL the drawings could be compromised and he proved it.
Mostly importantly, he showed that even when you can manipulate the outcome, you still have to play hundreds of combinations to win.
The States using lottery computers h

Pennsylvania judge and friends win $291M Powerball jackpot
Hello,
It feels great to know that there is another intelligent person on this thread that can see through all the fake rainbows and bunny rabbits. This screams fraud to me period. I'm glad you can see it too. This is why I think Charles Strutt (who worked for the multi-state lottery for 36 years was removed from Musl(Multi-State-Lottey) Recently. I bet he knew that Michael Tipton had rigged many jackpots and it probably was a few people who was in on it and then they got caught up and got ca

Record $1.6 billion Powerball jackpot won by 3 tickets
Did anyone hear about this? I read it on RT.
Despite the celebrations and excitement, the game is experiencing scandal, multiple criminal investigations, and high-profile resignations.
It all came to a head when Powerball's security director Eddie Tipton was caught and convicted for rigging a draw through a backdoor hack and sending his brother to collect the winnings.
Tipton is currently serving 10 years in prison.
Charles Strutt, Powerball's original employee and long-time di

MUSL employee arrested in Hot Lotto jackpot mystery
There was definitely speculation that it was a lottery employee who wasn't allowed to play. I don't specifically remember anyone thinking it was an inside job, but there are plenty of conspiracy theory types around here.
I was in the stolen ticket camp, and figured the delay was based on fear and the hope that time would reduce the chance that the original owner would recognize it as their ticket. I discounted the idea of a lottery employee because I figured it would have been easy enough to

Every Lottery Player Think About This For A Second...
Answer me this:
Did Eddie Tipton cheat other players and lower their chances of winning to benefit the state?
Or did Eddie Tipton cheat the state to improve his own chances of winning?
