The Ohio Lottery introduced some pretty nice games after I moved. KY is changing it's Cash Ball game with bigger prizes and with higher odds of course.

When I said the changing of the machines makes it more unfair, I was speaking as a player who wants to win and not lose money doing it.The changing of the machines only changes the timing of a number showing. I don't know about anyone else, but I'm personally spending less on lottery. I don't like scratchers. Don't have an in-state jackpot game. Multi-state Wild Card 2 is only $255K right now, not life-changing yet so I only play 1 or 2 dollars on that. So right now my state is getting $8 or $12 less per week from me.

Yes, they need more winners at say 20 to may-be 40 million dollars. Reading some of the post here for years at lp, I think some people really don't have a clue how much 20 to 40 million is as far as life changing. If a person was making $100,000/year with taxes taken out vs. a person making $100,000 with no taxes taken out, that might be life changing for some. Pb needs to change the game to have more millionaires, a not the promise of a very high jackpot that will go to one person.
