I'm one of those low-income retirees who have ideas about playing a jackpot game, but can't afford the tab. My 'Substitute Lottery System with Gap Strategy' requires 18 numbers that should be distributed evenly among 30 four-point stuctures, or, rolled in a wheel to generate 30 combinations without a guarantee. The suggested structures, from a field of 62 for a 56-ball game, are: ABCE CDEF ACDF The 30 Mega Balls, according to my 'Active Cell-Gap-Follower' workout are: 24.30.
