How to win the pick 3 in Indiana??
Ok I have seen so many post saying that Indiana is the worst state to play the lottery in.I for one have not played IN very much but, I have won in the state online before. So I was thinking instead of seeing loosing Jeff and others .... complain about Indiana...Let's turn Indiana into a WINNING State!!Now I know some people are going to say it's computerized so it's rigged and they pay out low so what is the use or something else for a excuse. If you don't try you will never know. We need a team

Hoosier Lottery Does It Again
They've been doing that ever since the Nick Perry incident in PA back in 1984. The states do that as a liabaility so they will always be able to pay all its winners. Also, LosingJeff:Iesha makes a really good point. If you think that the Hoosier Lottery is rigged, why are you still playing it? If you know you won't win, why do you still keep putting your money into it? Think about it. Even if you only play $1 a day, that's $365/year you could put towards other things. You could spend $1 and

hoosier lottery poll
I live in Indiana and haven't played Hoosier lottery since computerization. Is it rigged?? I have no proof.. Does it stink like week old byproducts from a fish processing plant in the summer?...YES Remeber this is the same state that blamed Cherry Masters in VFW halls for the loss of profit after they went to computer draw. Our wonderful Gov. appointed a woman from Vegas to head the commission after the scratch off fiasco. Our new slogan should be And you thought your odds were bad before! Fi

Numbers reduction strategy
Fortuna,It is a shame that you are relegated to playing the Louisiana Lotto. I would bet good money that the game is rigged. You would be better off doing analysis on numbers for a state that is mechanically drawn, then opt for a time to go and play. I will be in Louisiana this weekend, but as my playing partner and I say: Playing a computer generated lottery is akin to taking your money, turning it upside down, and setting fire to it . Don't do it. Instead, you may want to analyze Powerball a

sat. & sun. exact same draw pick 3
That number can be a blessing in disguise. These results are from Pa eve and NY eve March 4,5 and 6, 1994. I have a notorius repeater file with back to back repeats. When 308 fell in Kansas Fri, I knew somebody was going to get 175. A great number to have placed .25 cents across the board. Cost 4.95 midday, 950 evening. payout $225. Now 445 is a gift horse are we going to look at it in the mouth?1994March 4 March 5 March 6830 pa 175 pa 175 pa308 ny 445 ny 445 ny175 is a n

Delware Lottery renews contract with Scientific Games
A cooperative services agreement is where the vendor basically does everything, from marketing the game through the supply chain. Here's a link to the cooperative services page at Scientific Games: http://www.scientificgames.com/sgcorp/coop_services.aspAs far as I know, Scientific Games does not offer a drawing computer; just the systems that track the numbers played (among other things).I do agree with Greg as far as Delaware's awful computerized drawings are concerned. If I were a Delaware re

Do you think it matters?
I never wait until the last possible time to get a ticket. The only reason I don't wait, is that, in New Jersey, the links have a habit of dropping during the last day, for an hour or two. If your timing is off, you would have to come back to get a ticket from that store. I generally buy them, either the day after the draw, or use multi-day tickets. Once in a while, I get an urge the day of the drawing and buy a QP packet of five. The minor bucks I have won this year have been about equ

IMO I think is could be rigged...Anyway... The reason it is so big imo is that when they increased the tickets to 2.00 each, there sales went down, I mean way down. Now they still sold the same dollar amout but not the same amount of tickets...So this is just another way for them to increase there sales and make some easy money for the Lotto Corp!Jackpot's were suppose to be:30 Mil then 32 Mil then 35 Mil.. But the 30 Million did not go so now its 40 Million.. Will they still have the 35 Millio

Maybe I'm naive but....
Perhaps you can explain to me how a RANDOM drawing of RANDOMly purchased tickets in ANY quantity some how suggest that a PARTICULAR selection is DUE ???A: Because the games are based on a numerical system that consists of 3 digits combination from 0 thru 9. That being said--there are only 220 boxed combinations that can possibly occur. Therefore, based on that understanding alone, one must acknowledge the fact that ALL combinations will be drawn in one state or another at some given time. For one

Powerball lottery madness spreads to big media
While I was at work today the customers were talking about the PB Some older woman was asking Joe , one of our regular customers, how she could play! He explained how to buy tickets. She asked how many should she buy. He said Well I bought 50 she said Ok, I will too, how much will that cost . We all laughed. When he told her she said ah no, I only want to spend a dollar or two. If that woman wins I will kick the crap out of Ole Joe ! When I waited on her she asked should she purc
