How to win the pick 3 in Indiana??
Ok I have seen so many post saying that Indiana is the worst state to play the lottery in.I for one have not played IN very much but, I have won in the state online before.So I was thinking instead of seeing loosing Jeff and others .... complain about Indiana...Let's turn Indiana into a WINNING State!!Now I know some people are going to say it's computerized so it's rigged and they pay out low so what is the use or something else for a excuse. I live in Indiana and haven't played Hoosier lottery since computerization. Is it rigged?? I have no proof.. Fortuna,It is a shame that you are relegated to playing the Louisiana Lotto. I would bet good money that the game is rigged. I never wait until the last possible time to get a ticket. The only reason I don't wait, is that, in New Jersey, the links have a habit of dropping during the last day, for an hour or two. If your timing is off, you would have to come back to get a ticket from that store. I generally buy them, either the day after the draw, or use multi-day tickets. IMO I think is could be rigged...Anyway... The reason it is so big imo is that when they increased the tickets to 2.00 each, there sales went down, I mean way down.
