I actually like this strategy with one modification. If you're going to hunt straight repeats, download a copy of the draw history from the Virginia Lottery site and search to see if that straight has ever repeated before 2 days. If it's right on the exact number days as previously, that's a Sync and is the basics of what I do. NOTE: The above strategy is for STRAIGHTS ONLY. I don't know about combos.

Bravo! Thats some real man' work, there! Lottery history is very critical...if one number is off, and you using past draws to build your system, it can throw it off all that time and cause you to lose money and disrupt the effort of crafting your system. It matters that the numbers are 100% right with NO ROOM for errors.

If what you say is true, why am I consistently getting 2 to 3 numbers right looking at PATTERNS in a sequential manner? You do understand if the lottery was random, you wouldn't see any patterns, let alone, a sequence in the numbers behavior. You wouldn't see any of that stuff.

I highly doubt AI can win a JP lottery with a single play. I think AI could possibly give you all the possible combinations to play with a high probability of winning but no guaranteed. One thing it won't be able to predict is triples. Those the only numbers that comes out-of-the-blue and not through any pattern or sequence. And if triples can't be predicted, AI can't do it either.

O.K. here I go again with hopefully a clearer worded question: I live in a state that taxes lottery winnings I live next to a state that doesn't tax lottery winnings If I purchase my tickets in the non tax state .... and WIN the jackpot .. .. and move to the non tax state and establish citizenship .., and then claim my winnings .... am I taxed in my former state?
