A good read for my Mystical friends
...One more thing to consider and I know some folks in here will disagree and insist on rigged drawings, but the number 911 came out in NY eve. draw on the one year anniversary of that dvent. Was it fixed or were there so many people thinking about that number in this world, in that state and on that day, it just happened to come in? I prefer to think the human mind is a whole lot more powerful than we know. But each to his own. I'd rather look at the glass half full and not half empty....ot

indiana lottery corruption
Go figure, 8000.00 in a year spent and havent won for a year. Why would you buy numbers and continue to buy numbers knowing the game is rigged. Losing Jeff, No offense here but from the above two post Four4Me is making a very, very, very valid point. If you have spent 8 grand and not won at all then you need to cut your losses and run. This seems to have gone from a question about the Indiana lottery being legitimate or not to sortof an attack on four for somewhat questioning it. I play a lot

What do you think of this idea?
While not a bad idea, I don't think this is a solution to the main problem. The perception that the drawing can be rigged would still exist since the tape of the drawing could easily be altered, or multiple drawings made until they get the results they want. Unless it is available live on free tv, with at least one witness, there will be the thought in mind that it could be fixed.I think they have to just bite the bullet and spend a tiny portion of their huge profits on credibility. It is jus

Texas Computerized Drawings
ADMISSION OF CONFUSION: I don't know WHY I checked FOR, because I really don't care, one way or the other. I shoulda checked NO PREFERENCE. Maybe, and strictly Maybe, it was a sense of rebellion, because of the pressure....I don't know. That's the truth. And, it really doesn't matter, because their gonna do what they want to anyway; they've proven that. Computerized Drawings on Cash 5 start in March of this year. Think you can stop them?It may be rigged now, how do we know.

state lottery - government fraud exposed
Playing state lottery is now not a question of trusting your luck but trusting your governmentNovember 23, 2004, as I exposed Juan Rodriguez , incredibly I also realised, by looking in the web, that there was NOT ONE page that explains the underlying mechanism of fraud : how the goverment takes the big jackpots - till the last cent.Although there are probably more than one billion people playing lottery around the world, and all the major lotteries now are rigged using that same trick.I had nev

computerized drawings
I think more and more states will go computerized because it is cheaper, and we all know it's all about the money. The only thing that would stop the trend is for a major scandle to break where it comes out that some drawing is rigged or some smart computer whiz hacked into a computer. Part of me hopes that happens so that they will go back to and continue live drawings. I'm a data base engineer and have been working in the computer industry since 1980. Any system that man can create, anot

Pick 3 is Rigged in Ohio

Sign the petition - eliminate computerized drawings!
yeah you are right we are the little guys here and those legislators don't wanna take the chance on losing their jobs over this.all it takes is one chance to get a foot in the door somewhere there and when that door comes open barrel through and make it count.i wish i were closer to indiana i would actually bug the living daylights out of them until they had no choice but to listen.persistance is the best thing in this situation.i would keep on them and not let up.take all the statistical data s

computerized drawings...a finding
This is Exactly what I was afraid of too! I think this is the MAIN reason that the lottery wants to change to using Computerized drawings. They are not stupid. They know that lots of people win ONLY because of the systems they use. They will never admit this in public, they want people to believe that systems dont really work (and 95% probably do not work very good) And if they make the drawings really erradic, they will screw up people's systems and make them lose money. I use to th
