Which Scratching method is the better bet?
Hello all, been an avid scratcher for years now. Always played WV lottery, occasionally SC and NC. Most recently gotten into the PA lottery as it is only five mins down the road. This is waht keeps happenig to me. I would like to hit a big win! Or at least hit a couple more times then I am hitting. which averages to about once or twice every 2-3 months. And those are small hits. If every one # off was a winning P3/4 I'd be A ok. But noooooooooooooooooooooo. Okay, let me see if I can explain the China lottery. China has two companies that run the lottery. One is called China Welfare Lottery and the other is called China Sports Lottery . Both are run by China and follow the gaming laws and are national. They have some games that are different then the other. So when you go to buy a lottery ticket for a game you well see two different machine each with it's own logo, so when you play you have to tell them for example I want to play 358str. 3D . 3D
