Illinois Lottery to again delay large payouts due to budget woes
Lottery players should be wary of playing any Illinois Lottery game. Prizes well below $25K could be restricted at some point, as I recall, happened last year. Even sub-$600 prizes could be effected, if IL Lottery retailers aren't timely reimbursed / credited for paying them out. The PB and MM consortiums wouldn't dare think of restricting sales from a participant unless they believe there's a very real chance of the IL Lottery not paying out; not contributing its share to the jackpot games.

This is one of my systems
Just thought I'd give an update that I was finally able to resolve this issue (and in the event others have had similar issues). Thanks Mr-B for helping me in private messaging. I had to download Open Office so I could open Mr-B's original .ods spreadsheet. Then I noticed that his N14 cell was continually defaulting to a fixed value of 367 in all tests and I was STILL not getting the correct results for Florida - May. With Open Office installed, I then re-downloaded his Pick 3 spreadsheet wor

State bills to allow anonymous winners
Another member said the same thing last year or so, and that person just like you, doesn't realize how many people who come to this site and really don't grasp the high odds against them. You and the seasoned veterans may, but a lot more don't truly understand the astronomical odds. If you don't believe me, just waft through the lottery discussion pages and you'll see terms like... I can't believe I haven't won the JP yet , and similar terminology. And then there are the type who ask questions a

North Carolina: 5/1 - 5/31/2017
Hi North Carolina Pick-3 peeps! It's been a while, but I stumbled on a P3 number for y'all for Monday. When I back-checked it, I found a really nice setup for a parlay play. No one was more surprised than me! Here goes: Step 1 - In the Daytime Draw, play 094 straight. Step 2 - If 094 falls in the Daytime Draw, parlay winnings into 830 straight in the Evening Draw. With a little luck, Step 3 will be - Retire to the Bahamas. LOL! Good Luck!!! P.S. Please don't bet the rent money. This is

Pick 3 Holy Grail
1 star, come on MMX. Consistent profitable winning in Pick 3 is not guessing a future draw based upon previous draws since all draws are random. There are a thousand possible combinations, what dropped yesterday has absolutely no bearing on what drops today. The flaw in Pick 3 is embedded in the very nature of randomness. Just like Roulette, Pick 3 is totally random, past results have absolutely no bearing on future results. Thinking so is the definition of the Gamblers Fallacy.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Congrats everyone on the wins. Also, thank you Dracos for keeping us posted on the $2M JP and SM. On a side note, someone won one of the $5M prizes in the $20 Flamingo game. The serial number for that prize can be very telling as to whether the last top prize will be claimed. A serial number of 750k or more means the last prize was in the 600k and will likely never be claimed. In any event, I have been dabbling with the gold rush games. I got these wins over the last week. The $600M GR we

Scratcher ladder
Has anyone ever climbed the scratcher ladder ? As in, have you ever bought a small ticket with a limited amount of cash and won enough to enable you to buy the next ticket up? My experience with this is the time I spent my last few dollars on a $2 scratcher called 20,000 Taxes Paid , and won 20 dollars. Then, I bought 2 $5 Super 7s and won 50 dollars on one of them. I went to a different retailer after that and bought a handful of $10 games (several Millionaires Club and a 50X The Cas

Maybe I have other things happening that isn't meant for posting ? Maybe not ? Maybe I've been on umpteen road trips bringing my daughter to a million med schools , and don't text and drive . Maybe not posting has helped whether it's one month or three. And some days I don't even play due to my situations In any event , there is always a confrontation when someone doesn't post when or what people want to see . This is America , the only thing that's mandated is paying taxes and dying . I'm 52 ye
