JKING, First of all, your poll question gives no option for those of us who don't believe a winning system exists for games like Pick3-7, PB, MM, etc. Furthermore, the only recent posts of yours that I can find that might have prompted a response from a lottery official were your multiple criticisms of the CA Lottery, which they may not have agreed with.
