Most winners (2nd prize and lower) are anonymous if they chose but I think most states avoid giving jackpot winners that choice because losers want to know who won the jackpot if I didn't? . When jackpot winners are slow coming forward, losers complain and once in a while some even claim they've won but lost or misplaced the winning ticket.Winners of lower level prizes even though some of them are quite large aren't required to accept their winnings publicly but in the case of the second prize

By their own accounts this was the first time they had played the Powerball for a while. In some reports it was the first time they had ever played. Why so much greed?
I've passed through this site on and off since Jack Whittaker. I finally decided to register today because of a disturbing attitude from some members here. I don't understand how adding the Match 5 pool to the ultimate jackpot winner does the lottery any good.
