When the record cash value failed to reach $1 Billion, I thought that threshold might be impossible considering over 440 million tickets were sold for the previous drawing and more than enough to expect a jackpot winner. It's going to be interesting so see how many tickets were sold for tonight's drawing.

I would like to see Mega Millions break powerball's single winner record of $750 million sole winner mark this year or get close to it like $700 million and one winner. But I do think that each game has to get lucky to go to a billion or more lots of losers are made but few winners when the billion is reached.
