Are Lotteries Rigged
I voted awhile ago but I think I said no to the question of rigging, a fix, in on the take. When I purchase a lottery ticket from my ticket retailer my worries are not on if the game is rigged. Which states use computers

But one thought here: Even live drawing could be manipulated to produce the desired outcome. It has been done......remember PA some years ago. Too, if the live drawing is on a closed set who is there to ensure the team doesn't retake the drawing until they get it right? I am not proposing there is cheating in the process, only recognize the opportunity. I look at the

Are Lotteries Rigged
Didn't know this thread existed and I see it has been around for a while now. As far as whether or not lotteries are rigged , I voted Maybe. Then I read every post since this thread began. I don't think the word rigged would truly describe what I or anyone else might believe that didn't outrightly vote NO. A better word would be controlled . In a sense, we know the lotteries are controlled. Changing ballsets and machines are a method of control. Shutting down terminals one to two hours

The Perfect Daily Numbers Program...
All that I can say, is that I am not surprised, this kind of thing allways ends up as being NOTHING just empty and wasted time, I told Laura to keep her program to herself because I knew that it would never be released to the public and it looks as if I was right?I was wishing that I was wrong, oh! well that's the way that it goes, after all it isn't like I don't know anything about the pick3 and that I don't have any good pick3 programs and systems, LottosCorp's program just would had made thin

Cheating The Lottery?
Twisted...I agree that it would be very difficult for an outside hacker to do any of this without an inside connection but not so much of a problem for the lotto officials. I am not saying that the lottery is rigged at all. Just saying that if the insiders wanted to rig it, then it wouldn't seem to be much of a problem to do it, and no one would be the wiser that any wrong doings had been carried out.A lot of succesful bank robbers were known to have inside connections with employees of the
