It doesn't really matter what numbers you chose for the Powerball/Mega Millions right?
I just realized since the Powerball and Mega Millions are chosen using a mechanical pinball machine, that you would have the same chances of winning if you chose the numbers 01 02 03 04 05 06 yet I've never seen a drawing with those numbers, which just shows how unlikely you are to win with any combination of numbers. Am i correct in my logic?

Will there be a Mega Millions jackpot winner tonight?
I know the Mega Millions is being drawn tonight. Usually at this point somebody gets lucky, but I would not be surprised (ok, maybe I would) if the jackpot rolls over. What do you think?

What is your routine for Powerball and Mega Millions drawing days?
Since I am new to this whole lottery playing game, I feel a bit of anxiety on drawing days. I need to learn to just buy tickets and go about my business and let the drawing be an afterthought. It seems like I have read about many winners that looked at their tickets or had them scanned days later to then find out that they were a jackpot winner. I guess it is the whole newness to the game that I haven't arrived at that point just yet. I have been playing Mega Millions and Powerball. Wish me luck
