He has promised too much and charged too much for his software. That makes it hard for him to be able to release an improved enough version which makes people feel they get their money's worth. If he charged 30-40 dollar instead of 80-120 dollar people would not have too much expectations of new versions of his software.

Claiming a trust won't release you from paying your debit. Whomever you owe can only claim what you owe them, plus any interest or penalties. They cant sue you for more than what you owe. If you win a jackpot you'll have enough to satisfy any debts.

I played the lottery when I was making a great living and I now play it when I'm broke. I just play more games and buy a few more tickets when my income is higher. Unlike a lot of people I know, I don't wait until a jackpot rolls over, because every draw is an opportunity.
