no 30's 3/6/18 and 3/7/18 EACH TIME I LOADED UP ON THEM they never come out unless one never more than 2 so this proves that they are using a computer program to determine all numbers played and the ones that wasn't and programs tell them which magnet balls or weighted balls to place in air machines and they come right up at so called live RANDOM drawing right in front of our EYES people thinking it's all random those balls are coming up randomly, This is what the DEVIL does TRICKING THE MASSES

Very much suspect the retailer shorted the Florida Lottery (ie. not sufficiently funding their lottery account to cover cost of sold instant scratch offs). If the issue was cheating players, FL Lottery, presumably, would have publicly mentioned that. Moreover, would likely just result in a warning or brief suspension. If a lottery is going to cheat players on Pick-3 / Pick-4, they would seek ways to avoid triples / quads from coming out. You say Michigan Lottery drew 0000 and paid out $5 million. Seems a pretty good deal for players. Not seeing where the cheating is. As for duplicate Pick-3 and Pick-4 numbers within a short time span, that's statistically more likely than many would expect.
