Since we have yet another duplicate thread, I'll post my concerns here as well:What happens when the baby's parents, or an uncle or some other relative, holds the only winning ticket?I'll tell you what happens: Suddenly, that lottery drawing is no longer pure. It has been tainted with corruption, and the infant is obviously in on the scheme, and should be arrested, cuffed and flogged.

I don't know guys, how could they manage that, too many factors! Plus the word would get out from ex-lottery employees and State Officials...But I guess you never know, where there is money usually corruption is not far behind!

we need to fight fire with fire,maybe if the media got involved and this thing got a little publicity it would be the spark that is needed to get the ball rolling against computerized drawings,i see the perfect opportunity right now with the indiana situation because it smells of corruption..........

Yea the information may be cool. But unless you work for a retailer. Your not going to be able to walk into the store and ask the owner what the payout information on his scratch books are.There's all kinds of corruption and nobody said that the lottery cant be rigged. If a retailer has privileged information and gets caught selling whole books of potentially large jackpot winners then he/she might end up in some hot water themselves.

i thought about it too,i sure would like to see these indiana so called lottery directors answer a few questions.a few might actually have to be terminated.....a lot of unanswered questions amid corruption.
