The NY Lottery targets teenagers too! They want 18, 19, 20 year olds to play. In one commercial they had a bunch of teens talking about how fun it is to play. The NY Lottery is a joke, what the heck is Pick-10? The NJ lottery doesn't even really advertise, because they don't have to. Thanks Wheeler!! In keeping with the base number group, I can actually pull out the key digit I think is coming. To keep it simple for this round, I used only the 3 and 8. I handle doubles differently because they tend to be the breaker in this. I use all the doubles from the larger base group. To minimize combo's I use targets that are due.
