so then buying a second ticket makes 60,000,000 combinations disappear then?think of it how you like, but the fact remains that the number of possible outcomes NEVER changes... Besides, playing 500:1000 in pick3 in PA which pays 500:1 would be a wasted exercise IF you won...there are still 500 uncovered combos... think of it as 1:2 if it helps justify placing 500 bets, but the possible combinations will always be the same...Rather than bulk tickets, I would lean towards a full coverage wheel...

Something I should have added to my original post...... I couldn't care less if the lottery is random or not. I pay absolutely no attention to anybody that thinks it is. A Clerk stole my draw ticket. She said it was not a winner, then changed it one dollar after I wanted my ticket back. The retailers scan the barcode on the back, and enter the security code which are the four numbers in the serial number on the front under the latex that are in boxes or parenthesis.
