Dr.Miracle's P-3 System. Q&A
@ grwurston
I read your quesion but don't remember which thread was it so I am going to answer over here.
Its regarding pair 27 for Maryland.
Remember, When you try to play way due number, try to match Front Due pair and Back Due pair.
I know, 27 front pair is due, and 70 back pair..way way due in Maryland.
But When you make 270 and put on a Search Data....it follows..5,3,8 rule..Its not likly to be on MARCH 27, but higher probability for MARCH28
And we had 704 this morning. Al

Ohio - 04/26/2011
I agree this does happen in Ohio
To illustrate the repeat pair theory
Mid day 4-26 = 3 8 8 (88)
Evening 4-24 = 8 0 8 (88)
Evening 4-21 = 8 4 8 (88)
Missing is 88 front pair.
Mid day 4-26 = 3 8 8 (38)
Evening 4-23 = 8 0 3 (83)
Missing is 38, 83 back pair
Mid day 4-25 = 7 5 8 (58)
Evening 4-22 = 8 4 5 (85)
Missing 58, 85 front pair
The Game index may help with find that pair or missing digit.

pick 4 help
I have an idea that I'm about to put to the test. If it works it can potentially create a weekly (7 days) payout of no less than $500!
It's a pretty simple plan, someone may have already suggested it and I just missed it. I'm calling it Playing The Pairs .
You play the Front Pair, Mid Pair, and Back Pair all the same for .50, but Sum them up for $1 or more. Just use the following pairs:
00xx x00x xx00
10xx x10x xx10
20xx x20x xx20
30xx x30x xx30
They payout doesn't come by g

Question regarding pick 3 and pick 4
This is actually about pick 4, but it's also about pick 3. I guess I could pick up a couple of slips at the store and just look at them, but since I'm a member of a site where there are lottery experts....
I realize that the pick 3 and pick 4 games have a lot of different ways you can win. (I've read the instructions! LOL) They say:
1. Select the amount you want to play: 50 cents or $1.
2. Select the play type: Straight, Box, Straight/Box, Combo, Front Pair, or Back Pair.
3. Select

Can Excel do this?
to get a list count of all the pairs
in column e1 thru e100 enter 00 thru 99
(to get a leading zero, from the top menu go to format/cells/number/custom and enter 00)
let's assume you have 9000 numbers
in f1, enter
=countif($B$1:$D$9000,E1)
then drag it down to f100
this will count ALL of the pairs without differentiation
if you want to count all pairs and determine front pair/back pair/bookends...
in f1 (for front pair)
=countif($B$1:$B$9000,E1)
in g1 (for back
