A program for recycling non-winning lottery tickets is paying off big for Westboro, Mass.-based recycler E.L. Harvey Sons and the Massachusetts State Lottery. Instant Re-Play, the lottery's anti-litter program that rewards individuals that collect and recycle non-winning instant or scratch tickets, has yielded 50 tons of tickets. The recycled tickets are converted into paper goods, such as tissue, toilet paper and napkins, according to Ellen Harvey, executive vice president of E.L. Harvey So

expert lotto
Thanks for that Hosni. I most likely have seen your name on the Expert Lotto threads. ( different name I take it) (LOL) It's just that I don't want to see people missing out on such excellent lotto program software. Some of the previous topic comments would put you off it. It takes a bit of getting around because there is so much you can do with it, but once you have taken the time to do this you are away laughing I wouldn't bother using any other software for lotto . These Guys are also worki

Powerball and Ct. Lotto Hunch To Share
Here's wishing REALLY HARD for you on CT. I can't do it on PB. Some of those PB numbers you've picked aren't invited to any parties I've got planned. 32 ain't a bad'un, but this business of getting uppidy and trying to be PB galls me a bit. 53 went on a binge 11-15 December, then got popped Christmas day for cutting the heads off parking meters. March 5th he broke jail briefly but they caught him next morning upchucking a case of Hershey bars he found in a dumpster behind a convenience store.

Filtering by Position
I do believe that every combo is just as likely to be drawn as any other combo. So while there are only 1800 combos in PB and 1300 in MM that start with 37, 37-40-48-49-51 is no less likely than 6-23-27-34-40. So I shouldn't preclude 37 from the first position just because it's never shown up.I use my own mix of Excel filtering and pen/paper stats to choose the numbers that I feel are most likely in the very next draw. I think this system has a ton of potential and so I'm wary to release spec

Let Guru Go (1,2,3 Gone)
I still play with LSI usually keep quiet about what I have won or not won on the forum but here goes. I found it does not do all that great in 6 number games.....I have won 8 (3 numbers) and 2 (4 number) wins in Ontario 6/49 for a total of 200.00+ after you take ticket costs away no profit I was in the hole in the 6 number games. Which is what most of the concern is for many here.Where I found lottotsync to work was in daily Ontario Keno......However LS 1.6 and 1.7 are not set up for Keno...you

Opinion: CA legislators should keep public in the loop about lottery
EditorialOakland TribuneSo, what do we do about the California Lottery? For the past four or so years, the lottery has been static, bringing in about $2 billion a year. The state Lottery Commission believes that joining Mega Millions, which generated a record jackpot of $363 million in 2002, will provide an economic boost for the state by luring more people into playing the lottery, generating more revenue, 34 percent of which goes to state schools. But state Sen. Dean Florez, D-Bakersfield, chair

Fortune Cookie Powerball nonsense
If someone tells me something, I'll generally believe it if it makes sense. I'm very skeptical about this fortune cookie explanation about the multitude of PB winners. In a recent posting, I noted that in my area the lottery commission was running ads trying to get players to buy tickets when the jackpot was at or near the minimum $10 mil because $10 mil is still a whole lot of money to the lottery player masses and it makes no sense to wait until the jackpot hits $50 mil to play as most of th

Winner of Feb. 12 Powerball lottery prize takes the cash option
A 55-year-old Louisiana lobbyist claimed her winnings Friday in last month's Powerball jackpot, sending her attorney to the lottery office to turn in the winning ticket and accept a lump sum payment worth $23 million.Vera Olds of Baton Rouge could have taken $40.6 million in 30 annual payments, but instead chose the $23 million lump sum, according to Kimberly Chopin, a state lottery spokeswoman.Chopin said Olds, a regular lottery player who bought $5 worth of Powerball tickets every Saturday, wi
