As I understand it the lottery uses a prng or pseudo random number generator and using the same seed would produce the same exact results. So far that is not happening. If it does, well then there you have it. But box numbers are coming out. Maybe a similar random number. There are only 705 box combinations, ie. 210 singles x 24, 5040, 360 double singles x 12 4,320, etc and 10 quads. You would to represent 705 box numbers to come of with the same digits. That is easy to do apparently.
