I'm going to quit playing the POWERBALL!!! I think it's rigged. It always payed out/winning tickets in the Northern States that pay state/federal taxes. I'm mad.. I thought I was going to wake up retired. Lol I had a short term good feeling of feeling like the winner. There was a 3 hour delay- SUSPECT!!!

You said your conclusion that lottery is rigged is based on Analysis , basic probability, algebra, number theory, geometry and arithmetic . There is a pick 3 probability that around 66% of the three digit numbers will be drawn in in 1000 drawings. You might be on to something if you can find where less than 500 or more than 800 different straight numbers in 1000 drawings. More difficult to find something like that in pick 4 games and next impossible for games with 100,000 or more outcomes. Which
