California - Highway Robbery in Progress
Of course its not likely, but neither was the fortune cookie incident. There have been over a thousand powerball drawings. How many times have they had a result that was far from what they expected? If the fortune cookie incdent happened today it would cost the PB states about $100 million more than they expect to pay out. That's about half of the profit they made in 3 or 4 days last November. Every state has the option of making a parimutuel payout in the event of an anomalous result th

Sully, Moon, Empress L@@K @ Master Number 11 Predictiona
Thanks Gr8ful 1 our Sully, Have you ever seen a MOONBOW ? It's like a rainbow but is created by the reflected light of the moon instead of the sun. For this phenomenon to occur, the sky must be dark. The moon has to be full and setting in the west, near the horizon, and rain must be falling. So it's a rare event. All the conditions have to be just right. According to my celestial sources analysis this phonomona coulsd now occur! Check it Out Moon, EddessaKnight

is anyone making an income from lottery
Speaking of constructing false narratives, there is no guarantee based on past performance the best horse in the race won't stubble out of the starting gate, the jockey will fall off, or if the horse rights itself, will be several length back behind several other horses. Past performance doesn't prevent the best car driver in the world from crashing into the fence on turn 4 in the first lap either. Many of those bettors and many lottery players use past performance and make conditional wagers

Georgia: 3/1 - 3/31/2013
From their FB page The Cash 4 midday live drawing on Sunday, March 24, 2013, was a valid drawing. Due to a technical error with the camera, the graphics displayed on the television screen were incorrect. Instead of the camera continuing to pan to the right to show the fourth digit of the number, the camera inadvertently panned to the left and showed the first digit again, instead of #5 which was the fourth digit drawn. The draw talent did make the correction on air and announced the winn

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Well Ronnie316, I've decided to give you and your friends a break, of sorts. You've mentioned on several occasions that you feel as though you were interrupted by me (and a few others) in your quest for a winning system for Lotto games. So, here's your chance to pursue your research unencumbered, for a while. How much time do you think you'll need to finalize a system design and thoroughly backtest it? Besides, I've been neglecting my own work in the stock market and the construction of my ow

Gulfstream Park Full Card Selections 2/23/2013
Fountain of Youth Davona Dale Day at Gulfstream Park. Very tough card today. Post time 12:45pm EST. Good luck. All selections contenders for WIN. All handicapping done BEFORE early scratches and changes became available. Betting advice: 1 betting unit to WIN: 2 betting units to PLACE (WIN double PLACE). Look for value. Any selection going to post at odds higher than 5-1 is a value play. My selections are just a heads up to take a second look during your handicapping. Do your re

new to lottery
Chumley: A rational logical human being looks at analyzes both sides of the coin. I cannot see atoms and molecules but they exist. I think you are assuming that we all grew up forced fed the Easter bunny and Jesus or only came to God due to a dire circumstance or needing him to win a jackpot. The thing you don't get, is that each of us made an independent, informed, rational choice about God...a moment we got it. Did you ever work on an Algebra problem in grade school and suddenly the light w

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Again I'm not going to devote my time teaching you about gamblers fallacy. I assure you, because other players cannot affect the odds of any event, there play will hurt and help you equally. Have you taken the time to check how many times they hurt you against help you? Because other people have. Guess what. There play has no affect on yours. Like I said, if you can't stand to watch them take the dealers bust card (which isn't really a thing, because the next card could be any card that

Wife questioned in lottery winner death
McGinnin, is that really you that wrote this?, as I am a bit doubtful it was comming from you. I thought that you of all persons understands like you rightly used the correct word, the covert spririt of the Federal Governments and the State Governments departments of Treasury. These bodies spend no red cent on a lottery ticket but consistently collects millions in tax revenues practically every day, and not just when there is big money in the pots of PB and MM So why would they wanna act a
