Well, this rigging business is total nonsense, especially the claims they are watching one, one! person (Stat$talker). Of all the millions of tickets sold, that is where the lotteries make their money. Ticket sales. Ticket sales! They want and need people to win jackpots. Why. Because it's good for business. Jackpots grow due to incredible odds. If nobody wins. Nobody will want to play. And there have been times when a jackpot has been won on consecutive draws. Why would they let that happen

I don't consider the scenario I suggested is 'rigging' the lottery. It's not cheating the players; it's just tilting things a little in the interest of generating large jackpots. My opinion is that if you asked the average Joe on the street, do you care if the lotteries are set up to make it really hard to hit but that means when you do hit, the jackpots are hellabig, Joe would say so long as I stand a chance, I'll keep playing.
