Hey BL Matt. we got what they wanted us to get after the 123 hit, that was 400 last night. MANY MANY times, what should come will be 1-off or a digit will mirror(had 719 as top # today) so they pay less, that is part of their scam. Also, they just throw repeats and delayed numbers (that should have hit a while ago) near end of the month when WO's do not work like they did the week before. 403 hit here on the 17th of this month. If it's really rigged, seems like there'd be a pattern to exploit (maybe) I wish there was a study on the actual frequency of triples/quads. Across all US lotteries that employ RNGs instead of balls. Maybe even take it further and compare these stats to mechanical ball draws from other states. Guessing, I would say they hit less with RNGs. More triples/quads = more payouts. Just a theory....

How many sets of balls do they have to use, and how often are they replaced? Who makes these balls and the machines---do they get locked up at night?
