Find one of the full service lottery vending machines that prints out Fast Play and draw game tickets. You'll want something in a not-too-busy store because you'll be on the machine for a couple minutes.
I fill out my betting slips in advance and put a couple dollars more in the machine than the bet

I will pay you $5k if you can find this information.
We all have better things to do than attempt to put together the who, what, where, when, why, and possibly how in this mish-mash.
The date your ticket won is simply a matter of checking the ticket against the lottery results. You don't need a wayback machine fo that.
The rest is nonsense.
Doesn't matter where you bought it, or who sold it to you. And her work schedule leaves the impression you had more interest in her than buying a ticket.
Just the facts, man!

A good clerk will tell you all about it. Generally
