Man sues S.C. Lottery, claiming the state is misleading ticket buyers
A Charleston County, South Carolina, man has sued the state lottery for fraud, claiming false advertising caused him to buy scratch-off lottery tickets for prizes already claimed.Pete Cuming filed the lawsuit one week after a state audit revealed the lottery, in a single year, sold nearly $20 million worth of tickets in 16 scratch-off games after all the contests' top prizes were awarded. His lawyers are seeking class action status, saying the millions of dollars represent thousands of misled ti

Lottaloot's Method for 6/17
CalifDude,To make things line up for sure, every single time, you need to use a table. That's what they're there for! Any webmaster will tell you to never, ever rely on simple fonts and spaces to line up text in columns. A fixed-spaced font like Courier (that you used) is good for simple columns of text, but for the large things that you put together, it is inadequate.Luckily, the fantastic Lottery Post editor makes the job of inserting a table simple! Just click the Insert Table button and

Going on a two week vacation road trip from 7/6 to 7/20, passing through Utah, Nevada, California, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Wyoming.
Will make sure to buy any progressive jackpot in all the States that offer the lottery.
Will skip the Casinos in Vegas - never been to one before, don't know how they play and the house always wins so they say
Will definitely get a PB and MM in California - see if I win it there and if I do I will have a response to Kate's video on Do y

Texas Lottery Commission votes to ban lottery couriers
Kate, I agree we shouldn't lower our bar, but when government gets involved we have very little say in the outcome.
We accept it or we don't but that's the way it's going to be regardless of our feelings.
As I've said, I don't want to see the lottery gone in Texas. But when it comes to no lottery or no third party couriers, then the couriers need to go.
I'm for whatever keeps the Texas Lottery operating.
As you said yourself there are ways to buyout a game without couriers, but

Texas Lottery bans lottery courier services
I admit you raised a good, interesting thought.
Yes, Texas is hugely rural. I moved from Dallas in 2009 and where I live now would be three Dallas city blocks population wise.
State medicaide provides transportation for medical appointments. They will pick you up and deliver you to your door. And they have been known to stop for prescriptions, or other necessaries as well. Had a neighbor who used them for years.
There is also the rural transit system which I've used to see a speciali

Texas Lottery
I agree with you on playing the multi state games.
Truth is they are safer from this type play. It would cost them two to four times what they could expect to win. So it would be a minimum of $604 million to buy Powerball. Not many people or investment firms have that kind of cash to throw way
And that is if they could amass the total number of terminals it would take to print that many tickets between Wednesday and Saturday.
It's not over in Texas just yet. The governor has direct

Great... the online effort failed so lets go back and do it the way it would be done 50 years ago, no wonder this state is so backward.
MA. has a system where anyone in the country can buy their doubler and we can't even get tix to someone down the road w/out a car.
Burzichelli is the same guy that tried to give us the 1 year anonymity deal, maybe he should give that another shot.
How much is the fee going to be ?
minimum # of tix ?
