Florida lottery winner of $1 million prize wants only one thing with winnings
No offense to this veteran...but What an IDIOT. Must be one of those new dang fangled transgender Democrat soldiers.
If all you want out of life is a brand new golf cart, then what the hell are you even buying a scratchoff for?
Unless perhaps he thinking on investing and design a new golf cart that runs on water...
Then that would be cool.
I wonder what this Veteran thinks about our Commander in Chief, being a Child Sniffer In Chief who is trying to destroy the country?

How many Millions would set you for life?
I took Stack's comment to mean that 2 million wouldn't start to be being spent until the age of 62-65, maybe a lower age if you have a military pension or are vested fully in your company's retirement plan, plus your SS. Then there's the interest; not touching the principal that's invested in CDARS CDs at 1.5%, that will bring you 30 grand a yr. ($150k after the five yr. jumbo CDs mature) before taxes. I've always thought a little bit more than 2 million would be a good enough amount for me (alt

I'd KILL for a $2500 win. Most I ever won was $51.
Talk about money not lasting very long, here's what happened with my nephew's $17,000 T5 Jackpot win. He split a $68,000 jackpot with three other people and took home 12K after taxes. He used that money to pay for his wedding reception. It was a small outdoor kind of thing, not a lot of people, but it was a very nice day.
As for me, I still dont know what I do with a nice chunk of change like 12 grand. I mean I'd figure out what to do wit

Lotto will be at least two million quid
There was another little milestone in our loss of innocence last week when the national lottery announced that a million quid is no longer enough to change someone's life. Never mind that a million quid these days is only 800 grand in real money, a million wouldn't even buy you your dream home now. It certainly wouldn't give you the courage to go and tell your boss where to go. You need serious money to ruin your life these days. Delores kind of money.
So since last night the Lotto will be a

Las Vegas: Better wagers $85K wins $1.10M on Tiger Woods

Nota Bene:
OUCH!
Wisconsin native James Adducci, 39, won nearly $1.2 million off Woods win at Augusta National after placing an $85,000 bet on him earlier this month. It was also, believe it or not, his first sports bet.
The sportsbook, William Hill U.S. in Las Vegas, called it its biggest lost ever.
Adducci told Golf Digest that he had planned to place the bet about a month before doing it, and that he cleared it with his wife first before he grabbed a flight

Three years after collecting a $13.6 million, lump-sum jackpot payout, Fry has opened his second Batteries Plus franchise store in Naples and in September will debut a third in Bonita Springs.
He has also diversified, buying Golf World II in south Fort Myers. The renamed Daniels Driving Range Teaching Center is open for business, and getting a slew of upgrades.

Florida Lottery player in The Villages has 44 million reasons to smile
From the fairways to coffee shops, retirees Thursday wondered: Who is the overnight multimillionaire?
News zipped from golf cart to golf cart in the retirement community that a convenience store there sold one of two winning tickets to Wednesday night's $87.9 million Florida Lotto jackpot.
Our employees are all rattling about who it might be, said Teresa Gladstone, manager of the Circle K. We know it was none of us.
The store quickly boasted the good fortune with a hand-written sign
