I hate spam calls, i get like 10 a day on weekdays. I can block the number but it dont help cause they will just call back using a difference number. An just like you said they use the same area code that you have. So not i dont answer any calls unless the name is already stored in my phone. No name no answer.....

That phone is showing up as a spam aka robocall. NYS Lottery never seek out potential winners, as the winner must go to them in-person to claim their prize. If you are in NYC, just go to their office at 15 Beaver Street with a valid state ID and your SS Card. Never give your SSN to anyone calling you via the telephone.

You ever get spam phone calls and the last 4 digits show up on C4 within a short period of time. I find myself analyzing the #'s that call me, wife and kid think I'm nuts, but its happened several times.
