Lottery rigging trial to be moved out of Des Moines
I'm hoping you're just kidding around because possible jurist knowledge of the rigging from and TV and news coverage is why the trial is being moved.

Preliminary hearing rescheduled for Tommy Tipton in lottery rigging case
The latest case in a large-scale lottery rigging scheme is headed to the courtroom next week.
Tommy Tipton turned himself in earlier this month after being charged with ongoing criminal conduct.
Tommy's brother is former Multi-State Lottery Association employee Eddie Tipton, who is currently serving prison time for tampering with lottery equipment.
Police say Eddie rigged the Hot Lotto game electronically to win him a jackpot for $16 million in December of 2010.

Lottery scammer's brother facing criminal charges
The brother of a former Iowa lottery security official convicted of fixing a 2010 Hot Lotto drawing in an attempt to win millions is now facing an Iowa criminal charge of his own, online records show.
Tommy Tipton, of Flatonia, Texas, was booked into the Polk County Jail at about 4:40 a.m. Wednesday on a felony charge of ongoing criminal conduct.
He posted a $25,000 bond and was released from the jail before 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Court nullifies $150,000 award against Imperial Palace

CARSON CITY The Nevada Supreme Court has nullified a $150,000 punitive damage award against the Imperial Palace because of egregious misconduct by a Las Vegas lawyer during trial.
The court did, however, uphold a $99,000 judgment against the casino in favor of James Grosjean who said he was illegally held by security guards of the resort.

Ya i didn't buy it yet either but I read through the .pdf as RJ pointed out and downloaded the free trial software. What I find interesting is the free trial software is
relatively full with few restrictions. I am not sure if it will be good or not but I haven't pulled the trigger.
