Mega Millions or Powerball will reach Half a Billion.
With all the Lottery States selling both Multi-State lotteries, Mega Millions and Powerball, do you see the jackpots of either game reaching 500 Million or more this year?
I think it will reach at least 500 Million.

Mega Millions coming to North Dakota
The North Dakota Lottery Division is launching a new game in January.
The Mega Millions multi-state lottery game will be added to the selection of games already being played in North Dakota.
North Dakota Lottery Division Director Randy Miller says it's in the state's best interest to add the game to its current product mix. He's expects the state lottery division will see a $2 million increase in total sales by adding the Mega Millions to the lineup.

Multi-state lottery shockwave sweeping America
It's Official! Delaware is going to cross sell Mega Millions and we are going to have the MegaPlier! Hot Dang! It will be here as in other states around the middle or the end of Jan 2010! I don't know how many other states are going to be adding/offering the MegaPlier with the selling of Mega Millions, but I know we are! I just saw the posting tonight (11-27-09) about the Mega Millions and the MegaPlier being offered right above the Powerball machine at my local lottery retailer! WOOOOOOOOOO HOO

Multi-state lottery shockwave sweeping America
Here's just a little something that I sent to the State of Delaware's Lottery Directory.
Dear Mr. Wayne Lemons,
I am hoping that you will decide to bring Mega Millions to the State of Delaware as a means to keep us faithful lottery players from going to neighboring states such as NJ and MD in order to play Mega Millions. $252 MILLION: largest Mega Millions jackpot in 18 months
Lottery jackpot hunters will have a big target this coming Tuesday night, when a $252 million jackpot is up from grabs in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery game.
It is the largest Mega Millions jackpot since Feb. 22, 2008, when the top prize swelled to $270 million. One ticket sold in Georgia won that prize.
The huge pot came about after no tickets won last night's $207 million jackpot drawing. On Tuesday, players will attempt to match all five numbers plus the Mega Ball number to win

both pb and mm insane high- what you think of them
I have a question about this. Mega Millions drawings are always the day before the Powerball drawing.
If, for example, Mega Millions was won this Friday, and Powerball was won Saturday, would you say Mega Millions went first because it happened at an earlier time, or would you say that the two went at the same time because they were both won at the same point in their bi-weekly cycles?

I have finally obtained and updated the last of the missing Mega Millions jackpot data, all the way back to the first drawing of The Big Game (Sept. 6, 1996).
This data was very hard info to find, because it does not exist anywhere on the Internet. Now Lottery Post premium members have access to this previously unavailable resource: https://www.lotterypost.com/game/45/jackpot.
