I read that Texas still uses the drawing machines at their web site. But one thought here: Even live drawing could be manipulated to produce the desired outcome. It has been done......remember PA some years ago. Too, if the live drawing is on a closed set who is there to ensure the team doesn't retake the drawing until they get it right?
