Blackapple posted again a new thread on states having all these repeats including NY. My bday(403) is in his picks. It's the only # I played for mid so i went heavy straight keeping 3 last position. Full Combo for safety. My co-workers bday 706 hits off mine and that just showed in win4. 34 gone longer than avg skip. Zero missing lately. Now blackapple has it possible. This rigged bs probably means I lost again but maybe I'll get lucky.

Lottery drawings are random and from time to time they can appear to be not so random. What you are seeing is 100% normal. Search around and you will find several instances from various states that produce the same or similar results as you describe. I would suggest that if you REALLY believe your state lottery drawing was rigged, you would be better served contacting your state lottery district office and let them know your concerns. Make sure you have some solid evidence of said rigging as

Haven't hit even a $50 winner in several months on the scratchers. Stopped playing the $20 up scratchers because they are paid out over 25 years. I refuse to play the RNG(rigged not genuine) games. From what i understand the games are purely random. It's very hard to nail down a single event that has not occurred yet with references to the past. I also understand we are not supposed to use past events because from one draw to the next because the lotteries are true to random but we try to incorporate these events to the unpredictable future in an attempt to forecast the future including myself.. So why is it that you say the games are rigged for sure, CrOoKeD?.. Any actual proof?? Where

It looks as though your tickets/ numbers are being dodged...the lottery Officials let you win a few bucks to keep you hangin on..!! .. You're not the only one that has lottery software. Really, the NSA, FBI, and CIA don't give a rat's behind about your software, or anyone else's. With the odds players are up against, the lotteries don't need to do anything but sell tickets and they make money hand over playslips. Or, in other words, I didn't win, so it's rigged .
