The REAL reason lotteries like RNG.
I'm actually a little confused by all the people who get down on RNG and QP. If random number generators are programmed by people and can therefore be manipulated - wouldn't it be easier to find a pattern there than with a truly random event - making it easier to hit the lottery? (which I think is why we are all here) If you really believe you can decipher a pattern in the lottery - it seems like you'd be all for RNG draws. And as far as quick picks. If you believe that doing num

How The Winners, Not Numbers, Are Picked. A Theorem.
That last paragraph- is that fer sure? I mean really fer sure that the RNG is local to the terminal? I was under the impression the QP s were generated and loaded remotely to the terminal and were replaced as needed by sales. How would 16,000 terminals keep from the event of printing several jackpots before exhausting the entire pool? Anybody know if QP s split jackpots on small QP sales? Thanks. DD PS that reminds me, I have some QP s to look at from a week ago. I wonder if I got a

Zener Cards
Zener cards were used by both the Soviets and US Navy in an attempt to send telepathic signals from submarines submerged in depths of the oceans back to command centers stationed on the ground as well as other submarines, this was part of an ongoing effort to develop stealth communication without using radio waves (hence interest of the military in telepathy) They developed series of 5 cards (Zener) to aid experiments, for me to lift Zener cards to precognition (from telepathy) is rather b

Which states and lottery games will you play once online gambling is legal?
Nobody saying that at all Texas puts up the pretest draws for their games but other states don't there is a lot more to a drawing than throwing balls into a machine. About 3 hours of work goes into each drawing midday and evening. 6 hrs total. Lottery's belong to an organization every state is grouped with one or another.... before they merged with power ball. ----They adopted many rules and regulations just like any major business. If people don't like the rules then become a lottery commission

what about people with a system that only share half of the system
As you have plainly stated, pepper, some people can afford to do it...especially when they understand how what they are doing actually works. For some players, spending $50 is just like another player that spends $10 on their numbers. It's absolutely ridiculous for anyone to assume that it's doubtful for a serious player to spend more money than most to get what they want out of a game. It costs money to cover bets in order to get an edge along with applied strategy compiled with opportunity.

Missouri Lottery gives inside view of computerized drawings
Secure, true random, highest integrity. Big words for a MO lottery ad, that can't show a way to prove it. In any event, the bottom line is, you can show me a set of balls, you can show me the blower, you can show me the button to turn it all on and operate the machine and get a result, yet, in a million years would you still never expect me to be able to select the very next outcome with all the bouncy balls, would ya? That is because it is truly random. Yet, you would never consider show

Missouri Lottery gives inside view of computerized drawings
I have to admit, the computer talk is beyond me. But it seems like you'resuggesting that you should be able to predict the outcomes. That's the exact opposite of what the Missouri Lottery works to achieve. The goal is to produce secure, fair and random drawings and the system isdesigned to do just that. The computers are secure and not connected to any networks. A true random number generator resides with each system. The drawing process is random for each game within the parameters of that game

Something to think about: You would not have necessarily won.
Then I am thinking that maybe the lottery is not about luck or skill or algorythms or anything except Destiny. For some reason, my winning ( or God fobid ) NOT winning the lottery, like everything else, is just part of the plan for my very existance. Not just my existance but everyone elses? Any movement in my life will effect someone or something else? So there is a timeline of events in my life that may effect others ( or even the world) and that may or maynot include a lottery win. Then

Gail Howard question..
Ok and I quote The title The Drunkard's Walk comes from a mathematical term describing random motion...... I've just started reading this book but something I found interesting so far is the book mentions a Roman named Cicero ( 106 - 43 B.C. ). Cicero believed that an event could be anticipated and predicted even though its occurrence would be a result of blind chance. -----Sounds like the lottery to me! So far the book talks about the Laws of Probability and how sometimes we don't always

What is your style of lottery play ... Hunter or Trapper?
No problem. Hunting and trapping are good analogies. Poaching is my dry sense of humor at licensed sports that are getting more and more restrictive. Kind of like the big games and more numbers being added to the pool making it harder to win. I do not poach animals. I play the games with their rules and count on their rules as a weakness. A duck blind is used for hunting but you set one up where the traffic is. Same for a trap: you put it in the run or bait it in a favorable location. This
