Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Of course it's RIGGED! If you don't fall into the low payout group your numbers are scrubbed. That's what the extra time is for to analyze the number pool. It angers me that people don't understand that they are scammed by these crooks. My offline simulations are about 95% accurate and my online play is about 1% accurate. So, instead of trying to figure out numbers, one needs to figure out how to get into the low payout group, which is next to impossible without the actual play data. That's why

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
yea, I was referring to the games possibly being rigged.. I know plenty of Cash3, Cash4 gamers that have told me .. They'll play their favorite numbers religiously, but as soon as they stop, bam..! their numbers draw..!! They ARE watching..!! I remember a store clerk saying to a customer about to play their C3 or C4 that the State had stop accepting his numbers he'd plan to play.. Which tells you that they are watching... The clerk stated that if those digits were drawn, it might break the State

Court rejects Colorado man's claim to full $4.8M lottery jackpot he unwittingly split with scammers
I can't see the State Supreme court telling the lower courts that they were in error with their decisions. There's a reason we have higher courts to appeal to. Courts aren't reluctant to overturn cases when lower courts have made incorrect rulings on the law, so it depends on the arguments made by Massihzadeh's lawyers. If they didn't argue that the contract should be invalidated then the court wasn't considering that when it issued the ruling. OTOH, if his attorneys argued that the contrac

Court rejects Colorado man's claim to full $4.8M lottery jackpot he unwittingly split with scammers
The effect was exactly the same as any legitimate drawing; the numbers on the ticket had to match all the drawing numbers to win the jackpot. And the difference in that drawing was the other two ticket holders knew the outcome before the drawing. officials determined the other two winning tickets that shared the same numbers as Massihzadeh's were fraudulent. That may be the final outcome, but that wasn't true the day Massihzadeh signed and validated his ticket. Maybe they just don't want t

Court rejects Colorado man's claim to full $4.8M lottery jackpot he unwittingly split with scammers
Dawson's circumstances are different Indeed and more so because Dawson claimed and collected his prize before Tipton's ticket expired. Should make for an interesting discussion next year. Just a thought, but maybe Tipton hoped there would be multiple winning tickets on the drawing he rigged making collecting the winnings easier for Shaw and the trust. The fact they waited until the last minute using Shaw to collect for the trust makes one wonder how many other plans on how to collect or

Lottery winner can seek bigger prize at trial, judge rules
The prize money was returned to the participating states by the rules. Which rule says that the prize money the lottery refuses to pay should revert to the state when somebody attempts to claim a lottery prize by fraudulent methods? It's obvious MUSL didn't know that drawing was rigged until years after they distributing the prize money. Bummer for them, because there's nothing they could do with the prize money that eliminates any liability they might have for paying the money to a

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
This is true. If there was a winning system that allowed the player to win on a consistent basis, it would not be a good idea to hand out that information on a public forum. On the Pick-3 postings, I have seen members post a list of numbers that would appear on the midday and evening drawings. I started to treat the Pick-3 games as I would treat a Stock Portfolio in which I do not change my holdings everyday. The best way to win is to stick to the numbers you play. Another thing to avoid is play

Lottery winner can seek bigger prize at trial, judge rules
Exactly! The main sticking point I can see so far for Lucky Larry is that if Tipton did not rig the drawing, then some other numbers would have been drawn but Iowa can contend that someone else may have won that drawing with whatever non-rigged numbers were drawn. So it's impossible to know for sure if Lucky Larry's jackpot would be larger or not. I suppose Lucky Larry could say that based on the long string of previous drawings (60) that did not produce a jackpot winner, it is most likely th

Canada lotteries changing biggest games to computerized drawings
When it comes to the lottery, most people prefer to see the numbered balls drop into place. New is not always better. Adding one more number....are they still going to call it 6/49? There was no mention in the article about changing the name. I wonder if people who play now will stop playing when it goes to RNG. (Rigged Number Generator)

Pennsylvania: 3/1 - 3/31/2019
Appreciate the kind words and reality check. Luck is a funny thing. I know what numbers i played..and none of them showed. So it's lucky this time that it wasn't a winner. JOJO..Nice that you hit.! Congrats! ..it restores my notion that it's not rigged when winners claim here. Lets nail that match 6!
