How has skeptic not hit a million or hell even $100K yet ? Its obvious the tickets win more in his area and there are lots of jackpots in the vicinity. Is it fate ? If this woman pops 2 jackpots from the same store I would love to see her $500 and $1K wins summary. Whatever she expected to win from the same Publix out of the same machine from the same ticket she won. I actually believe winners names should be published to assure complete faith in the systems. When I hear about someone claiming anonymously, I instantly question whether or not it's on the up and up especially huge jackpots. I'm sure i'm not the only one. Because if the game was structured so that 30 people split the jackpot, then the jackpot would NEVER grow to a large size because the game would be too easy to win. If it can be proven that a winner played with other people regularly those people will certainly have a better chance of convincing a judge or jury that they were playing together when the winner won, but only if they were stupid enough to be doing it without a written agreement. If they played together only infrequently their claim will be that much weaker, and when they played together may be very persuasive. Yeah, I doubt it. The game has been averaging sales of less than $20M per draw this year. That's before they make it worse. That works out to be about a billion per year on a system that is now going to be 1:250,000,000. That's not a few billion per year.
