There are pick 4 drawings in almost every state every day. If you comb through the thousands and thousands of drawings, eventually you are going to find one like this. In fact, with enough drawing history, if you NEVER found an anomaly like that, then it would indicate a problem, as if the lottery is purposely choosing numbers that were never drawn before. Yes older people play the lottery more than younger people from what I ve seen. Yes sometimes people just stop. And why not. They don't use computers to draw the numbers, so that theory fell out the window. I play all 4 of those game also. Look, they are ALL hard to hit. Even the new Cash 5. Even the Pick 3 and Daily 4. That's why I never spend more than a buck or 2 on a ticket. Every now and then someone new comes on here and says what you said. I haven't won so it's rigged .

If my memory is correct, there is a law suit pending with the winner of the jackpot following the rigged one. He is suing for the money that the Tiptons won by rigging the drawing. He claimed that if they didn't win by cheating, it would have been included in his jackpot he won. I think he should get that money.

It is all about the $$$ and you winning less. Cash5 in NC used to have a decent shot at a win. They added another number and odds increased from approx 1:750k to 1:962k and then increased the staring jackpot from 50k to 100k KNOWING people win not win it as often. NC draw games are just rigged more than ever, all in the interest of bigger profits and smaller payouts.
