WOW. What in the world are you typing? None of what I just read makes any sense. Are you claiming scratchers are rigged? Or are you just complaining because you haven't won a big prize, and other people have?

Why would the state Atty. General do anything about it? Of course not, he gets paid from state lottery money as it goes in to the General Fund earmarked for education (I heave read the amendments from when the lottery was first created). It will take the Feds to step in so that we can get an investigation and clean house in order to get a fair and just lottery like other states (feds make $$ off of fines imposed on states). I hear some of you saying their lottery is rigged. I really think you all are stretching it a bit. I do not believe any lottery could stand the publicity or consequences if they were not running a clean show. I have only ONE ONE ONE concern regarding if the lottery would or can, cheat me/us. They do a couple pre-draws and check if those sets are winners or not. If NO, they use THAT SET for the numbers on that night. Anything else, I dont care about. Take Tipton as an example.....even if he rigged something FOR HIMSELF, if it did not affect me, then I dont care/mind. If myself Tipton would win on the same night, so what? I still get my 350K. Jon

Rook, States and countries that do allow winners to remain anonymous don't seem to be having any problems by doing so. Revealing sinners identities eventually really isn't going to do much for people in rural towns or impoverished urban communities. Whether someone lives where remaining anonymous is allowed, or not, and they suspect a lottery of being rigged does make one wonder why they play.
