New York Lotto
I'm in a lottery pool at work. The guy who runs it buys MM, PB and Lotto tickets twice a week every week. (That means I'm in every drawing each week for these three games.)
A few weeks ago, I suggested to him that maybe he shouldn't buy as many PB and MM tickets as he usually does, and use that money towards buying more Lotto tickets, given that Lotto is at a very high jackpot (38 million at the time) and also that it's so much easier to hit a Lotto JP than either MM or PB.
He agreed, and

If You Live Long Enough ... Good Chance You Will Win !
well i started buying the least amount i could in every draw i can. they messed that up out here by increasing the number of lines that are the min entry for most of the games. I had a blog entry here i used to update every time they changed the goal posts. ill try n find the link.
basically if i could by 1 line in a game, for $1, id buy that. im running 3 syndicates now. and am a member of 5. all pretty much ran on the smape plan, and yea it does add up.

You have been in this Pool " forever" & decide you done- you walk away..
One draw after your exodus :The Pool wins BIG- The Problem we have is the following:
*You guys used to roll your previous winnings over you convinced that part of that rollover money had your name on it.
*Do you go back to the group and try to work out something or forget about it all together.
*Or Lawyer up.
* For Entertainment Purposes Only.

So what would the "Holy Grail" of Pick 3 playing be?
These are all great ideas, of course. But I guess no one here's too interested in methods that isolate actual pools of numbers that pay off consistently and (relatively) quickly? Pools that you isolate before you ever even apply your favorite filter #1 to them?
I mean, I can make up my own pools; dividing the table into random sets of my choosing, depending on the amount. Twenty singles boxes is 1/6th of the pool, so hitting consistently within about nine plays isn't necessarily something ama

According to my retailer there is a new national lottery game coming
Okay, I have some confirmations/clarifications about the game. Everything seems to come in bits and pieces but we're getting there
As mentioned, the game draws 5 out of a pool of 52 and 1 out of a pool of 28. The 5/52 is indeed a number matrix. This will be available as user-selected OR quick pick. The 1/28 is a property matrix and this is quick pick ONLY. So a typical playslip will have only numbers but the ticket could look like 01-02-03-04-05 + Park Place, where I can choose the numbers b

Boomerang X4 and P4 ATM systems
Assumed all draws are distinct, the remnant of pool will be 6 dgits(P4), 7 dgt(P3)
Assumed all draws returns a digit, the remnant of pool will be 7 dgits(P4), 8 dgts(p3)
Assumed all draws returns 2 digits, the remanant of pool will be 8 dgts(P4),9 dgts.
How do one dealwith such assumptions and not caught in percentiles of ODDs,
P4 pays more with less cost, but to make profitable you don't need target str8 bets.
You can increase your bet for nice box hits, P3 you need a str to catc

How do I properly run an online lottery pool?
1) You avoid all the legal stuff and dress like a banker.
2) You take the cash for the tickets and don't play.
3) When the pool wins something, you pay the pool members with the money that you kept.
Make sure that you deduce administration costs for your precious work.
4) Once that the payouts are bigger than the money received for the tickets, you move to the Bikini islands.
Tip:
Make sure that the pool is big enough!

How BIG can a lottery pool be?
....Now, why on earth would you even consider being in a pool with that many people in the first place ?
Pool is not the place to be.... well save some small exceptions family...and perhaps if you realy are close with some your co-workers/best friends. I could not do it...I mean 3 is the maximum for me right now any how. Not really a pool as just who ever buys a random ticket an wins we will share 3 ways.

Salon lottery winners settle dispute
TRUST AND VERIFY
...always get a copy of all the tickets purchased for the pool.
...always get the names of everyone participating in the pool.
...always get the amount contributed by each member.
...always get and document the number of shares puchased by each member.
Failure to follow these guidelines, will potentially elevate you to the status of SUCKER OF THE CENTURY, if your pool happens to win.
Those who fail to learn from history, are bound to repeat it.

Salon lottery winners settle dispute
I make copies at work and pass them out at work,
According to the one who bought the ticket, they did know which tickets were part of the pool. All the circumstances surrounding this story are weird and it includes the settlement.
Had that woman brought her winning ticket to the Hoosier Lottery headquarters, she would have claimed her money no questions asked. Instead, she went to the salon first and told them their pool didn't win, but she did. That's when they decided to file a court
