Yea, I hear ya Todd .., but I was specifically referring to each STATE's cutoff time when their Terminals no longer accept Bet Slips..Mainly for MM PB. So, yea, I figured LP had its own reasons, such as... Maybe that's why the 2 min option is a bit more popular.. Todd, Just received an email to my inquiry about online ticket sales in Texas. Texas law prohibits this just as stated on their website. She reiterated this to me. Third parties will, as they said, go into brick and mortar stores and physically buy lottery tickets. Doesn't surprise me though with some of their Austin legislators having negative lottery vibes that it is not offered (yet).

Montana is just being very transparent about it that is all. It's nothing more than that. They are the only state in the consortium that let players know what every other state is talking about...that's my take on it. Edit- BTW: Thanks to Todd and Kate for this story as it helps all the players more than you probably know.
