Delware Lottery renews contract with Scientific Games
I don't think you understood the article. They renewed their scratch-off manufacturing contract. Their draw games were not affected by this contract renewal. If the article did involve a computerized drawing, Todd would have included a footnote.

Article: Lotteries still directed to poor
http://www.findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_g1epc/is_tov/ai_2419100738 This could be your way out. Or as in most cases, could be your way back in even deeper debt... What they did not say is that the odds of winning the lottery can be as much as 20 million to one, ridiculously higher than the casino slot machine odds of 20 to one. Now even higher, almost 200 million to one I think!

Pa. Man Charged With Redeeming Forged Winning Lottery Ticket
The article does not say what was forged. They paid out for the ticket so the bar code must have been correct.Or did the lottery know that it was purchased by a group and should have been signed in another manner other than an individual. The lottery could have received a phone call from other members of the group that knew the numbers purchased. The article also say that the person is not to contact other members of the group.

Winning lottery ticket purchased with stolen credit card
I am awake, I am not afraid, I do understand and I think you have issues with the police or a bit of paranoia. The article was about a woman who used a stolen credit card to purchase lottery tickets which she then won on. That is what the article is about. It is not about the police taking her winnings and pocketing the profits for themselves. She's guilty the police are not.

Oregon businessman has record Powerball lottery ticket
Well in an article I read (if it's legitimate) it said they lived in a modest gray shingled ranch house, lavishly decorated for Halloween with a graveyard, an inflated purple spider and a ghost . I've never heard of grey shingles on homes here in KY. Maybe they're popular in OR, I don't know LOL. Here's the article I got it from: http://www.newsday.com/news/local/wire/connecticut/ny-bc-ct--lotteryjackpot1021oct21,0,6085840.story?coll=ny-region-apconnecticut

Will an injuction stop Mega in California
Okay, I probably should have read the article on lottoreport.com before making my last post. Judging from that article, I highly doubt the gambling opponents would try to force CA to adopt the same fixed prize structure as the other 11 states. That would probably make them even more angry.

Mega Millions when CA joins
I hear some talk that the jackpot will be lower. At the same time I read several articles saying jackpots will potentially be as high as $200-$300 million. One article said a $400 million jackpot certainly is possible for Mega Millions with California on board. Here's just one article http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/national/apus_story.asp?category=1110 slug=California%20LotteryWhat's the real deal?

R.I. Governor Replaces Entire Lottery Commission
From the article: Rhode Island Governor Carcieri yesterday asserted the recently passed separation-of-powers constitutional amendment gives him the right to immediately replace all legislators and legislative appointees on the Lottery Commission and Coastal Resources Management Council. This certainly promises to be an exciting conflict, but the article fails to mention why Carcieri wants to replace these people.

Hi, Apapogeas, please read the next article of Ion Saliu http://www.saliu.com/bbs/messages/772.html In the article Saliu used the lexicographic analysis to study the wrwheel (49,6,3,6)=163, and also a wheel index that offers symmetry, to test the performance of both wheels..Regards
